Precision Funding Corp ., an Ohio based mortgage broker based in Twinsburg, Ohio needed a better presence online. They came to jadeFX to provide a solution that more closely matched their message and provided an easy manner to update information.
 click to enlarge With so much competition in the lending industry, Precision Funding Corp came to use to improve upon their existing site. After careful analysis it was decided to start from the ground up and re-develop their site.
We started the foundation with a content management system (CMS) that provides their staff complete access to all site content and better serves their needs to be able to quickly and easily update information that is continuously changing.
Second, their previous site, while professional and functional, didn't represent the company well online. The first step was to re-think the original design plan. What we came up with better represents their total brand they wished to project as a company.
We also provided a convenient way for customers to submit requests for information on refinancing or obtaining a new home loan. In addition to staff receiving an email notification, the system automatically retains the information online and can easily be exported to Microsoft Excel for later use and record keeping.
Precision also uses their website as an employment portal. We provided two methods for potential candidates to submit their information. They can either fill out basic information and upload a resume, or through the use of Acrobat Reader, they can fill out a standard job application form that is submitted via email to Precision staff. The data can then be imported into Acrobat Professional for hard copy print and digital storage.
Precision Funding Corp online is a great example of a foundation built by jadeFX Design that was taken to the next level by Precision staff members. Within a matter of weeks, they were able to increase their total content pages from 10 (to start) to over 50. While each page isn't relevant to all visitors, the nature of the industry requires access to vast amounts of information which they can now easily provide.
